Shipping Policy
Barely Canadian is created and produced in Venice, CA. We do our best to turn around orders as quickly as possible and you can expect for your deliciously soft clothing to be shipped to you between 1-3 days.
All orders are insured via UPS and USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Fees per order are as follows:
USA Ground : $6
USA 3 to 4 business days: $15
USA 1 to 2 business days: $25
Canada Standard International 2 to 3 business days: $20
Australia Economy International 6 to 18 business days: $50
Israel Economy International 6 to 18 business day: $35
United Kingdom Economy International 6 to 18 business days: $25
The customer is responsible for all customs or duties fees associated with international shipping.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees ($15) and fees for future shipments ($15 for UPS ground).
Refund policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We hope you're requesting an exchange, as we're keen to keep you cozy and soft and joining our mission to help Foster Youth.
Please ensure that the item you'd like to return is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with receipt or proof of purchase.

If for some reason, you'd like a refund, we will happily receive your item and refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
